In our final unit, first grade read three versions of octopus escape stories and then wrote their own. A few writers were very inspired by the available octopus stickers. “Dave” is cracking me up! #PWCSLibraries

Just a small snapshot of our library year! #PWCSLibraries
An infographic about the library. Highlights include 35,000 in book circulation, 2011 average age, 1700 books weeded, and 671 new books added. The library participated in Students Rebuild and created a Welcoming Library for interlibrary loan.

We finished out our week with Maker Time with Mr. B's class. We love ending our week on this high note. Today we made some jewelry out of beads. We even colored some of our own beads. As always, we enjoyed seeing the creativity our friends displayed. #PWCSLibraries
