Over these five decades, we have witnessed transformative leadership, especially under our current Governor, Engr. How Smallholder Farmers can Benefit from the Oyo State Land Tractorisation Subsidy: Step 1: Farmer contacts the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development by calling the extension officers attached to their Local Government Area. Step 2: Extension Officer visits the farmer’s farm for capture and ascertains the size of the farm. Step 3: Farmer/Extension Officer books for the Oyo State Land Tractorisation Subsidy in the Hello Tractor App. Step 4: Backend officers at the ministry confirm booking/farmer information and give the go-ahead for counterpart payment by the farmer. Step 5: Farmer makes payment into the ACCOS account and then the Ministry deploys the tractor to their farm. #PacesetterState
