I had difficulties with my order. At first I thought it was misdelivered, but it seems it was nicked from my parcelbox. It was a large order; I’m semi-retired & on a budget; I couldn’t afford to order it again. I was very upset.
After some time, Presto worked hard to make this good for me, at their expense. Throughout the process, including the bit in which I was very upset & cross, Tracy & Clare were professional, thorough & very kind.
