Great to be on hand with County Councilman Walton for the A. Philip Randolph Institute graduation. The graduates have completed the UPMC Toolbox, a new initiative created through a partnership between UPMC, APRI, & Partner4Work giving them a chance to join the union workforce.

I have the same problem w why so many employees. Many seem redundant, not needed when Eos is fighting for its life in a cash strapped situation. Or why nobody has been fired for missing guidance. Maybe they have their reasons but I don't get it. It may look bad wrt partner4work.

$EOSE - FYI‼️ The 2020 Incentive Plan is NOT for just Joe & Nathan (see photo) -> It’s the ENTIRE company (future/current/former) Eos has committed to hire 650 employees per the CEO of Partner4Work The current 2020 plan has only 5M shares available until exhausted. Hence, the 19M shares ‘ask’ w/ the extreme increase in future payroll & needed packaging for equity rewards. (KPI’s) Proposal No. 5 is not a PAT-ON-THE-BACK to Joe/Nathan ‼️ It is for them to hire great talent & keep turnover LOW. As of today, it is the ONLY plan that can grant equity-based awards. Unbelievable FUD tonight on a preliminary proxy statement. Have a good weekend, to most of you.

Hiring the right people is arguably the biggest hurdle. Especially with their near-term growth trajectory. Not only can you hire, but can Eos have good retention across the floor. Their partnership announcement with Partner4Work was a breath of fresh air to see.
