#PartnershipForZero is a pipe dream. Billions have been wasted on homelessness in #seattle over decades. Public needs an accounting of the salaries of those at @KC_RHA. Housing first fails without treatment, accountability, and good families. Govt. is not the #panacea.
The steps required to move a person with complex needs from living outside into permanent housing is time-intensive—but a worthy investment. Housing is a basic human need. That’s why #PartnershipForZero exists.

Through Partnership for Zero, a public-private collaboration to reduce homelessness in downtown Seattle, 152 people have been moved into housing and 214 people are going through the housing process.
