Was doing some reading on Australian Laws last night…
“Accusing someone of trafficking can indeed constitute extortion (often termed blackmail in Australian state jurisdictions) if the accusation is used as a threat to demand money or benefit.
Under Australian criminal law (e.g., Section 87 of the Victorian Crimes Act 1958 or Section 249K of the NSW Crimes Act 1900), making an unwarranted demand with menaces—which includes threatening to reveal damaging information like trafficking accusations—with the intent to gain or cause loss, is a serious indictable offence.”
All you have to do is call the FBI, they contact Federal Australian Police, and the perpetrator gets a nice little visit.
Then with evidence, one can decide to prosecute to perpetrator, even if they delete or say “I didn’t mean it.”
Some folks better start learning their own laws. 📌♠️🐂🇺🇸
