Trooper Sierra Zigler (hope I spelled her name correctly) showed up and took care of the immediate situation in an efficient and understanding way. It was a miserable, snowy, windy day. I was able to sit in her warm car during the bulk of the time it took for the tow truck to come, while she spent most of that time out in the miserable weather. After my car was flipped upright and loaded onto the tow truck, she gave me the opportunity to grab a few necessities from it, after she had my vehicle moved to a safe location. I had traveled from Maryland, was going to New Mexico, knew no one here, and she took her time to take me to the airport where there were multiple car rental companies from which to choose, instead of dropping me at the single agency in town.
