We are excited to share the New South Wales’ Housing Pattern Book has been released!
@nswdphi @government.architect.nsw
The Pattern Book is a wonderful selection of high-quality architect-designed homes that allow people to reimagine their houses, streets, and city. These are a cost-effective, durable, and creative response to help ease the housing crisis in our Cities.
The Pattern Book is back to the future. So many of our great suburbs are Pattern Book Suburbs - think Paddington, Balmain, Kirribilli, and Haberfield. They were all homes from the Patterns or catalogues of the day.
“This is a practical step to make the housing system fairer - and make sure NSW remains a place where the next generation can afford to live and thrive.” – Chris Minns
