In PDP v. Alhaji Sule Lamido & Ors (SC/CV/164/2026, judgment 30 Apr 2026): **Facts**: Sule Lamido sued PDP after denial of nomination form for a party congress. He sought to compel issuance and halt the congress. FHC assumed jurisdiction, ordered halt. PDP disobeyed and held it. CoA nullified congress for contempt & upheld jurisdiction. **Supreme Court (slim majority)**: Dismissed appeal. Held justiciable — party breaches of constitution/statutes affecting members’ rights are court-reviewable. Affirmed nullification. “Internal democracy is a legal imperative.” **Minority**: Congress matters are internal affairs, non-justiciable per precedent (distinguished from primaries). This expands judicial role in party disputes.

Nigerians voted for the PDP hoping for a better Nigeria. Things got worse during Jonathan’s administration, so we voted him out and moved to Buhari. Before voting for Buhari, Nigerians from the North, South, East, and West shared the hope that he would lead us to the Nigeria we all dreamed of. Unfortunately, Buhari disappointed us and made things even worse. At one point, many Nigerians were actually praying for Goodluck Jonathan to return and take back the country. Then the next election came, and Tinubu took over. On his very first day in office, he removed the fuel subsidy, causing fuel prices to skyrocket to ₦1,300 per litre. Everything started doubling, we have faced rising insecurity, banditry, lack of social amenities, poor education, unemployment, inadequate health facilities, and many other challenges. Things keep getting worse day by day. Why always Nigerian????? In fact, no single administration since the time of Sardauna has eased the pain of the masses more than the previous one. The situation in Nigeria continues to grow more difficult and harsher, like a Super Mario game that constantly levels up with more obstacles. The real question is, For those of you planning to vote against the current government, what do they have to offer us? What are their plans to tackle this insecurity? What is their agenda for Nigerians, especially the masses?

The Supreme Court decision in Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) v. Alhaji Sule Lamido & Ors, SC/CV/164/2026 brings me to tears. It is a very dangerous decision that will overwhelm the court with political cases. Based on judicial precedent, there was no basis why the matter was justiciable.

Nothing pains me like the hypocrisy‼️ Everything we accused the PDP of, worse has happened yet these lots have the audacity to run in the next election. If you don’t punish bad behavior, you would see worse

✍️TINUBU WHO APPOINTED AN IGBO MAN BEN AKABUEZE FROM ANAMBRA STATE AS A COMMISSIONER FOR ECONOMIC PLANNING AND BUDGET OF LAGOS STATE IN 2007, WHICH CAN NEVER HAPPEN IN ANAMBRA STATE,TO MAKE A YORUBA MAN A MINISTER IN IGBO LAND. ✍️ If you are an Igbo person, hating TINUBU because he is a YORUBA man, you need to put on your thinking cap to be honest. Tinubu appointed BEN AKABUEZE without being tribalistic, even when Tinubu left office, he was retained by Fasọla till 2015, the following Governor of Lagos State. He was the Director General of Budget Office of the Federation,Federal Republic of Nigeria from 2016-2024.✍️ When I see many igbo people attacking Yoruba people online, I see them as noise makers who have no knowledge about Politics, they are just full of hate and sadness in their hearts. Please share this with them to educate them, they are the TRIBALISTIC BIGOTS who think they can force YORUBA people to vote for PETER OBI who cannot manage ANAMBRA, a man who cannot form his own party, always looking for ready made party to join. 🤷‍♂️… He left APGA to PDP, from PDP to LABOUR PARTY, then, he left LABOUR for ADC PARTY, he left ADC for NDC PARTY where his followers are having issues now as they were sidelined because they are new to that party owned by SERIAKE DICSON, who said he is more qualified to run for President than PETER OBI😁🤷‍♂️. So funny jokes of the year🤣. OBI has no planning skills, he is just desperate to become President. ✍️ President Tinubu is a good manager, he is fixing problems bit by bit, patience is needed to enjoy all the foundation he is laying down now. State Police Bills should be passed into law, so that each States can take security very seriously. We cannot vote out Tinubu because he is working, no pain no gain, we must endure the change, many projects are ongoing such as Lagos-Calabar Super Highway. ✍️ Ajetunmọbi Awolọwọ Ọba-Kọlawọle

🤣🤣🤣 Sometimes, I genuinely feel sorry for these PDP guys. When Vincent Ogbulafor, the National Chairman of the PDP, boldly declared that the party would rule Nigeria for at least 60 years, I doubt he imagined that PDP's eventual fall from power would be this loud, this humiliating, and this enduring. More than a decade after losing the presidency, the PDP remains a national laughing stock - a political tragedy that has somehow evolved into a comedy. Nigeria's very own political tragicomedy. 😭 The party took pride in its arrogance and sense of invincibility. It operated with little regard for consistency, internal party discipline, long-term planning, or even its own rules. There were no credible succession plans. The North-South power-sharing arrangement was repeatedly violated and thrown into the dustbin. Internal party discipline was practically nonexistent. What passed for leadership often looked more like organized political brigandage. Under PDP governments, policy reversals became routine. President Obasanjo sold the refineries; President Yaradua reversed the sale. Obasanjo unbundled NEPA; Yar'Adua halted the process, only for President Jonathan to resume it later only to later unbundle Nigerians into even worse power problems. And throughout all this confusion, the so called "largest party in Africa" simply watched itself drift from one contradiction to another. Today, the PDP is effectively politically irrelevant at the federal level. It is a shadow of its former self. I am glad that Asiwaju's resounding defeat of PDP's Atiku and his agulu minion was emphatic and undeniable. I am glad that the internal contradictions the party spent years nurturing have finally consumed and destroyed it. May the crises continue until the party learns the lessons it refused to learn when it had power. May it continue struggling for relevance instead of pretending to be the custodian of good governance. And may Nigerians continue to remember that many of the problems the PDP now complains about were either created, enabled, or ignored by the same PDP when it controlled the levers of power. @GEJonathan, I know you know better. As the saying goes: the child without a mother does not sustain an injury in the middle of the back. @OfficialPDPNig Stay in your coffin, Nigerians are nailing the edges. ⚰️

To be honest it’s a mix of performance and really depends on the LP. But most of the times a buy section works pretty well. Because people don’t have to keep on pressing on buttons or ads or whatever to finally be able to buy. Imagine you saw an ad, you press it, read the lander, and then have to press a button again to think if you want to purchase. In some cases this could add too much friction. But with other cases it’s normal. The lander breaks down the wall, the PDP converts them while they’re sold. Key here is checking your heatmaps and see where people are dropping off on your page. Then you can start playing around with CTA’s higher up your LP and sticky CTA’s. But all depends on brand, angle, LP content, ad, etc
Gruns, Nutrops, IM8, Mars Men All adding purchase sections at the bottom of their LP’s Improves conversion? Or helps with congruency by not needing a PDP?

SE stayed with PDP for 24yrs only to be betrayed because of kachalla. We went to labour party both kachalla and APC stole votes from LP. APC destroyed LP because of obi. We joined coalition but it was already made for kachalla and we left.
