ใครที่เคยกดขอ บัตรแข็ง @ether_fi (Physical Card) ไปก่อนหน้านี้ แต่ยังไม่ได้บัตร และระบบขึ้นว่า Physical card limit reached บอกเลยว่า แก้ได้จริง และผมทำตามนี้เองครับ 👀

⚠️ สำคัญมาก สำหรับคนที่เคยกดขอแล้วแต่ยังไม่ได้
.
1. ต้องเข้าเมนู Cards
.
2. กด Delete Physical Card ที่เคยยื่นไว้ก่อน
.
3. จากนั้นระบบถึงจะเปิดให้กดขอใหม่ได้
.
4. ถ้าใคร Physical card limit reached ทำตามด้านล่าง
.
🔹 วิธีแก้แบบสั้น ง่าย ได้ผล
.
1. กดปุ่ม Support มุมขวาล่าง (ตามภาพ) ใช้ อีเมลเดียวกับที่สมัครเป็น Member ของ @ether_fi
.
2. แจ้งทีมงานว่าลบบัตรแข็งที่เคยขอไปแล้ว และขอให้ช่วย รีเซ็ตลิมิตบัตรแข็ง (Reset physical card limit)

หลังจากที่ก่อนหน้านี้เคยเปิดให้เคลมฟรีแบบชิลๆ หลายคน (รวมผมด้วย 😂) สั่งจองบัตรแข็งไว้ตั้งแต่ยุคฟรี ๆ แล้วรอมานานจนเกือบลืม
วันนี้เมล์มาแจ้งว่าส่งออกแล้ว! 🎉
ใครที่เคยกดขอไว้แต่ยังไม่ได้รับ แนะนำทำตามที่ผมโพสต์เลยแต่สำคัญมาก → ควรมีเงินใน account เกิน $40 นิดนึง เผื่อโดนระบบขอ deposit (บางคนโดน บางคนไม่โดน ขึ้นอยู่กับ tier กับ timing)

สำหรับใครที่ขอบัตร Physical Card ไปก่อนหน้านี้
หลายวันก่อนผมไปถาม support มา เรื่องบัตรแข็งทำไมไม่ส่งมาสักที เค้าบอกมีปัญหาชั่วคราวเรื่องพาร์ทเนอร์ขนส่ง
วันนี้เค้าแจ้งข่าวดีมาว่าแก้ไขปัญหาเรียบร้อยแล้ว แต่ว่าต้องยกเลิกออเดอร์เก่าแล้วสร้างใหม่
ผมแนะนำให้ทำตามที่เค้าบอก มีวิธีง่ายๆ ดังนี้
1. เข้าเมนู Cards ไป Delete Card บัตรแข็งที่เคยยื่นเรื่องไปก่อนหน้านี้ทิ้ง
2. ติดต่อ support ปุ่มขวาล่างในภาพ จะมีให้กรอกอีเมล์ก็กรอกไป ใช้อีเมล์เดียวกับที่เป็น member ของ EtherFi
แจ้งว่าลบบัตรแข็งไปแล้ว ต้องการให้รีเซ็ท limit การสร้างบัตรแข็ง หรือประมาณนี้ "I recently deleted a physical card order I placed but haven't received yet. Could you please reset my physical card limit?"
3. หลังจากเค้าแก้ลิมิตก็ไปสร้างบัตรแข็งใหม่อีกรอบ ทำจนเสร็จแล้วรอ 2-3 สัปดาห์ บัตรจะส่งมา
ส่วนใครจะมาเป็นสมาชิกบ้านอีเทอร์ฟิ ฝากเรฟด้วยครับ
