💡 How Phala's
$PHA staking works – a quick guide
@PhalaNetwork runs on Worker Nodes — machines with TEE hardware that power private, secure AI workloads.
Anyone with compatible hardware can join by installing the software and staking
$PHA.
Phala’s delegation model supports up to 1M CPU cores across 100K nodes.
🟢Enter the StakePool:
A StakePool connects
$PHA tokenholders (delegators) with Worker Nodes.
Each pool is managed by a PoolOwner, who coordinates staking and ensures the Worker Nodes in the pool remain active.
The more
$PHA staked, the more Worker Nodes a pool can support.
🔁 Example:
If each node requires 2,000
$PHA to operate:
→ 10,000
$PHA = 5 nodes
→ 10 million
$PHA = 5,000 nodes
✅ No idea what worker nodes or staking are? No worries — delegating your
$PHA is simple and open to everyone.
Just stake your
$PHA in a pool, support the network, and earn rewards as the nodes do the work.
