Former Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt is refusing to quietly exit the political stage after falling short in the city's mayoral primary, using a concession-style video Friday to blast Democrat leaders he blames for the city's crises.
Pratt, who built his campaign around criticism of Los Angeles' handling of homelessness, public safety, and wildfire response and recovery, opened the video by saying the "campaign portion of my mission to save Los Angeles is coming to a close."
The three-minute message quickly turned into a sharp attack on Mayor Karen Bass, city council member Nithya Raman, and the political establishment running City Hall.

- White voters: **55%** Trump
- Hispanic voters: **48%** Trump
- Asian voters: **40%** Trump
- Black voters: **15%** Trump
Trump improved with every non-White group vs 2020, but White voters remain his strongest base by far. Overall approval in June 2026 polls sits ~37-41%, following similar patterns.

Maricopa County’s 2020 election results have been confirmed repeatedly, both by the county’s postelection hand-count and by multiple audits conducted by independent firms commissioned by the county. Courts tossed out several cases filed by lawyers for Trump alleging fraud.
The Cyber Ninjas’ review, which also concluded that Biden won, drew intense criticism from the get-go, both for its methodology and its partisanship.
Cyber Ninjas sometimes mistook routine aspects of the election process as signs of wrongdoing. It announced that 74,000 more mail-in ballots had been cast in Maricopa County than had been sent out. There was a simple explanation for the discrepancy, however: The ballots hadn’t been sent out; they’d been given to the voters by hand at early voting locations.
Ken Bennett, a Republican who was the Arizona Senate’s liaison to the audit and is a former Arizona secretary of state, said in an interview that he thinks the county’s original election results were correct.

AOC: I think it’s pretty unbelievable that Gaza would not be mentioned once in the autopsy report. I think it was very clearly a major dynamic and a major thread that was happening in 2024. The fact that it’s not even addressed, I think, is a major oversight.
And I think that for young people, it was a huge part of the environment. I can tell you for myself as a candidate during that cycle, there’s no way that it was an ignorable issue or totally immaterial. So I think that it’s a real disservice to not speak to that or include or assess that.
