The Structural Practice Of Our Political Engagement Has Been Largely Narrowed Down — Nwaokobia
In 1993 we had a pan-Nigerian mandate, we had a North-South ticket, and also a Muslim-Muslim ticket and Nigerians were not bothered about it. They were bothered about the content of the mind seeking their mandate. All we talk about now is ethnocentric ecosystems, religious biases and prejudices, all we talk about now is less about competence and capacity, we are more focused on where the candidate is from.
