#NewsFatafat | The Trump administration is considering a $1,000 premium fee for expedited visa processing for non-immigrant applicants, including tourists, according to an internal State Department memo and a US official

How is this different than bribing a government official to get their work done! 1 is called corruption, other is premium processing #samedifference#premiumprocessing
USCIS announced on 9/15/22 that the agency will be implementing the next phase of the premium processing expansion program. 9/15/22, USCIS will accept premium processing upgrade requests for #EB1 and #EB2 Petitions: bit.ly/3f26wXj#GreenSpiegelUS#PremiumProcessing
Finally @USCIS will implement #Premiumprocessing Expansion. From 6/1/22 for E13/EB1 multinational executive&manager new petitions filed & received on or before 1/1/21 and from 7/1/22 for E21/EB2 NIW new petitions filed/received on or before 7/1/21 & E13 filed on or before 3/1/21
Understand before you celebrate -- USCIS is releasing a new #premiumprocessing regulation, announcing an effective date... and then the fine print says "but we won't actually implement the rule until... some unknown time and hypothetical condition in the future."
One more thing: DHS says that before it can expand PP, it must raise sufficient $$ to ensure it has the staffing & IT resources to avoid increasing non-premium processing processing times. This is how they will continue to delay implementing this reg. Be cautiously optimistic.
