The Panel discussion started with a welcome for the esteemed keynote speaker, moderator, and panelists to today's discussion on 'Navigating The Complexities Of Women's Mental Health.'

Keynote Address by Raageswari Loomba Swaroop
Ms. Raageswari Loomba Swaroop started by calling out parents not to emphasize their daughter's looks or beauty. She gave an insight into the ups and downs in her life - from being a celebrated singer, VJ, and actor to suffering from facial paralysis and heartbreaks. She said meditation has helped her accept her condition and recover from bad life phases. She said we must focus on what we desire and not go wrong.
The moderator, Ms. Geeta Goti, started the discussion about managing and practicing Inner Resilience.
Dr. G.Premlatha, Dr. CS Swati, and Ms.Aparna Thotha have shared their thoughts, saying that Inner Resilience can be built by disconnecting from emotional burnouts, spending ME time, self-empowerment, gratitude, dedicating time to service and kindness, learning forgiveness.
The panelists discussed that women should focus more on mental health and self-care. Further discussion about gender budgeting from the government.
The session ended with some doubts and thoughts from the participants and answers from our panelists.
