Why does Council Member Ryan Alter’s District 5 office continue funding staff perks like Michael McGill’s $10,000 Harvard Climate course or personal licenses such as Alter’s $2,500 Texas Bar membership (later reimbursed) with taxpayer ProCards?
When do these cross into private benefit?
If we are looking into ProCard expenses-
I’d love to see the same transparency for District 7’s Mike Siegel ProCard expenses.
Who is Michael McGill and what does he do for the District 5 office?
I've totaled up $13,993.59 in ProCard expenses associated with him. Mostly working meals with Ryan Alter & the D5 team. But notably - $10,000 for a Harvard Executive Course on Climate Change and Energy for him.
