I holding policy number K5356387 would like to bring to your notice a serious issue regarding misconduct and cheating by the insurance advisor Akash Bansal and Aman Kumar, who sold me the insurance policy under false representations. The advisor misled me by briefing following benefits as (EMI charge transfer, Family Medical insurance, Premium waiver rider, Commission @20% for D2C code provided as DK5021408D2C, etc), and the advisor said that if you keep paying the premium for 12 years, you will keep getting these benefit for 12 years.
Despite multiple attempts to clarify and resolve the issue, the advisor has neither responded nor rectified the problem.
I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action against the advisor for causing financial and mental distress.
Please arrange for immediate resolution and compensation for the losses incurred.
I am attaching copies of all related documents for your reference.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this complaint.
