That's not what I said. I said scarcity != value. I have two grey hair, they are super scarce. Doesn't make them valuable 🤷‍♀️ If people find certain crypto, fiat, or art valuable -> they're valuable. And the reason usually go far beyond scarcity (e.g. Bitcoin is first mover)

The concept is highly aligned, loosely coupled as a goal state. Imagine you run product, but you need to weigh in with content/marketing/finance. That would be tight coupling. The high-level alignment is against strategy, and the loose coupling assumes folks play their position.
