Most of the 24/7 gyms don’t have workers there 24/7, you have a key card to get in during the non working hours

Mentally, emotionally, spiritually feeling great thanks. Sleep not so much haha But I’m controlling what I can on that side.😁 Busy period for me for sure so mostly off the charts last week and this week especially. Hopefully I can have a bit more time next week 🫡

Noooo that’s rubbish. At my biggest I ate 2400 calories per day. Protein, fibre & carbs keep you full for longer. I’d save 400 calories for a treat at the end of each day and always felt full.
