Why is a section next to a section ABOVE the section it's next to instead of AFTER like under? Now it's like an overlay!

We should just make JavaScript global lingua franca . Every week there will be a new breaking way of saying something and everyone will mostly just be spending 90% time trying to setup their vocabulary , grammar and voice. #programmerrant
