Jason gave a presentation about his own personal struggles at a State Association event Thursday. I spent time with him and the Project61 President Dr. Mark Manera talking about the mental health crisis in our industry. It really brought things into focus for me.

Ultra runner Matt Johnson hosted a 25k to kick off 2025 this morning and couldn’t resist. This guy has been a huge motivator for me. Using his athleticism to raise money for ValorFit which is a fitness related veteran charity, that’s my goal with Project61.
