Davos is talking about Human Sovereignty. We have already locked the Physics of it. I am reading the "Human-AI-T Manifesto" coming out of #Davos2026. Global leaders are finally acknowledging the existential threat: as AGI and Quantum computing converge, "Human Sovereignty" is no longer guaranteed. But let’s be honest: A Manifesto is a wish, not a safety switch. Institutional trust in high-risk sectors—Healthcare, Mobility, Critical Infrastructure—cannot be built on ethical guidelines or "model alignment." If the governance isn't rooted in the laws of physics, it doesn't exist. While the world debates the theory of AI responsibility, H.A.R.I. (Human-Aligned Responsible Intelligence) has reached the "Supreme Invariant" phase: * Beyond the Black Box: We have moved from software-only entropy to Biological Entropy Anchoring (BEA). * The Physical Anchor: A governance layer that remains mathematically and physically bound to a human signature, rendering autonomous "hallucinations" or systemic failures technically impossible to scale. * Insurable-by-Design: We are transforming the EU AI Act from a regulatory burden into a forensic, bankable asset. Yesterday, we finalized a new dedicated vertical for Social Protection & Healthcare (Project for Women), proving that the most sensitive human contexts can be protected by physics, not just by law. On February 15th, we submit the H.A.R.I. Master File to @TUV SÜD The era of "watching and waiting" is over.
