Meet Girum from Ethiopia.
Born with a cleft lip, Girum faced stigma and isolation. His mother, Mekdes, never gave up hope.
Thanks to Smile Train partners @ProjectHarar & Selam General Hospital, Girum received free cleft surgery β and a new beginning.
