Project Lit Book Club just finished Slay by Brittany Morris. This story goes deeper than a game; it’s about code-switching, pressure, and carrying identities in different spaces. Kiera’s choices show the cost of being unseen and the courage it takes to be real. Slay isn’t just a story; it’s about identity, community, and what it means to take up space unapologetically. Honest, layered, and unforgettable. @ProjectLITComm @brittanymmorris

Another year of Project Lit Book Club is in the books! We finished the year with Nic Stone's Chaos Theory, which is a beautiful exploration of neurodivergence, grief, and taking risks. There were so many connections and emotions, and the wisdom of the students was so powerful. Thanks to Ms. McGill, Mrs. Shell, Mrs. Petgrave-Williams, and Ms. Fareed for helping to make the club a success. #LockEDin🔐@ProjectLITComm

How cute are these book lovers?! We all really enjoyed our October book of the month, Simon Sort of Says. One kid said, "It perfectly combined a really deep and serious plot line with just the right amount of humor." ❤️@ProjectLITComm @erinbowbooks

What a great first #ProjectLit Book Club Meeting! We reread a classic! So many themes and emotions in the book Time Bomb by @jcharbonneau. Time Bomb follows a bombing in a school and is a thriller. Great dialogue with the students and staff. @ProjectLITComm #PerryIsLit
