Today at CTH. CTH weekly #ProjectReFresh Mobile Shower program and our #SouthBayStreetMedicine team is joined by the @ScrippsHealth residency program, @SDCountyHHSA and @SanYsidroHealth to provide a plethora of services and trauma informed care to the unsheltered community.

Unsheltered advocates in the South Bay. Every Tuesday CTH runs #ProjectReFresh from 9AM-2PM (location 465 C. Street). The following dates we will have a medical resident on site that can provide wound care/check vitals, ect. Spread the word.

5) CTH has been doing quarterly #ProjectReFresh mobile shower events at Harborside since last year. We have seen the growth in the unsheltered population and the need but to be clear these folks aren't service resistant. They welcome the services. They need them.

Reminder this park was next to the County building. CTH has done numerous #ProjectReFresh events here. These people have nowhere to go. There is no shelter in Chula Vista. Repeat there is not a single shelter in CV.

Celebrating having provided 500 showers πΏ through #ProjectReFresh Tuesday. We also started our #ProjectLeadership internship program this week and gave out backpacks π. An item essential for the unsheltered to keep a hold of important paperwork and remain mobile.
