Pretty much a minutiae debate I'll probably have no intentions on seriously contributing to, however much of it is a milage will vary situation as it concerns the perception of firearms in the public psyche. I wonder if anyone such as Gilroy, or the propmaster has spoken on this.

Good question! The gun is actually connected to a stick that’s going through the table. The propmaster is under the table twisting the stick and making the gun stop spinning on cue :)
