For a healthy, yummy breakfast, simply mix together 40g oats, 70g yoghurt, 80g blueberries, 120ml milk, 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, Amber Rich, 1 tsp chia seeds and leave it in the fridge overnight.
Serve topped with yoghurt and blueberries.π
