I agree codex is really good. Its UI capabilities are different from desktop app to web app. It’s gotten web UI’s wrong but desktop apps it’s fixed things Claude got wrong. But it also depended on what it was using like pyqt or tkinter or Delphi or c#.

Just use normal tkinker or PyQT if you really need Python but Java, JS, C and Rust are better for UIs

If you are building a GUI application in Python using Qt and you picked PySide or PyQt consider checking out the documentation of the other one too. They both explain the (Qt) framework but sometimes one does a better job on a specific subject. These two frameworks are pretty much identical in functionality and keywords.

It actually tries to downgrade the interface (GUI) that you wrote in any given language/tool (flask, pyqt, c qt)
