In hindsight, my error w/ $QVCGP was not in knowing the preferreds were subordinate $QVCGA debt but not questioning mgmt's ability to engineer a reorg given the debt. I am glad to be out of this investment given mgmt's questionable decision and outdated live strategy.

I totally agree! When $QVCGA can do 0.4 to 0.75 in 30 minutes on a 6.4 mln float 2 days before delist, $zspc can do the same at least with just a mln float! Ah and tomorrow can get real hot!

$ZSPC, 0.58! will be delisted tuesday, so very high risk! but you know what $QVCGA did yesterday. 0.4 to 0.75 in some minutes, 2 days before delist. normally delisting stocks see a last spike 2 days before delisting, that would be tomorrow for $ZSPC. btw, $ZSPC has just a fraction of the float $QVCGA has, if a final run happens, it could do 50-100 percent in minutes! ok, enough said, if you play it only take money you can afford to lose in total!!!!!
