FYI copper pipes demineralize quickly when the town goes to de-ionized water. We had several properties eventually generate pinhole leaks and had to repipe with plastic.

If you’re repairing leak after leak, a repipe may actually cost less than continuing repairs. Aging galvanized and copper systems eventually reach a point where replacement becomes the smarter investment. #jumpingjackplumbing

My mom just had to repipe her whole house. Cost around $12,000. Her AC broke the next week. She is trying to retire soon and these costs put her back a bit. Would love to help her out.

Home service businesses lose ~21K/month to missed calls. 62% of inbound calls go unanswered. It is 6pm Friday. Your plumber is under a sink, phone ringing. A 1,200 repipe job on the line. He ignores it. His competitor three blocks over picks up. That call walks. Every single day.

1. Write about what they search right before they buy. Not random advice. The real question someone asks when they are close to spending money. What a repipe costs. Whether to repair or replace. How long a new bathroom takes.

@HomeDepot and @UPS just not giving two F’s. HD’s ships cheapest way, a method that risks the no later than delivery date. UPS’s system lost it this morning in a warehouse. The water system was getting installed free in a repipe Monday, now it’s a separate job for $325. Thanks.

Old pipes don't last forever — but a proper repipe comes close. 🔧 Whole-home repiping done to code, built to last. Because good plumbing is invisible, and that's exactly the point. Ready to upgrade? Call Mr. Rooter today! . . #MrRooterPlumbing #PlumbingExperts #MrRooter

A house built 20 years ago will not work with a ashp because the pipework is 10mm in all the walls. The temp a ashp runs means radiator sizes increase by a third. So a repipe and new radiator then the fact a KW electric compared to gas is £££ more. It’s a con!

New pipes are only half the job. OC has hard water and those minerals coat your pipes over time. Add a water softener after a repipe so your system lasts. Call (714) 485-8449 DoitRightPlumbers.com
2. Made the paid side profitable fast so it could fund the slow build. Google Ads and LSA booked 272 jobs over the 8 months. The reason it worked isn't a secret bid strategy. It's that we stopped optimizing for the cheapest possible lead and started optimizing for the jobs worth the most. We segmented the account by service tier instead of dumping everything into one campaign. A $200 drain clear and a $12k repipe should never share a budget, because if they do, the cheap clicks eat everything and the algorithm learns to chase the wrong customer. We isolated the high-value work, gave Google's learning phase about 60 days to settle, then pushed budget toward the campaigns that actually produced revenue. Paid started paying for itself quickly, which bought us time for the organic engine to mature underneath it.

Pour acetone down the drain. It will dissolve all the pvc pipe thus eliminating the clog. Then repipe the drain line.

The GBP services section is one of the most underrated ranking levers in local SEO. Most home service business owners list 5 or 6 generic services and call it done. "Plumbing." "HVAC repair." "Roofing." That's leaving dozens of long-tail rankings on the table. Google uses your services list to match your business with specific searches. If someone searches "tankless water heater installation" and that exact phrase isn't listed in your GBP services section, you're less visible for that search even if you do that work every week. 20 minutes of cleanup here can move profiles from page 2 into the top 5 inside of a month. Here's how to do this right: > List every single service you offer as a separate item, not bundled > Include service variations and the keywords customers actually search > Write a 2-3 sentence description for each one with natural keyword placement > Add specific brand names if you service them ("Trane installations", "Rheem water heaters") > Update seasonally. Add "AC tune-ups" before summer. "Furnace inspections" before winter. A few examples of what "every variation" actually looks like: A plumber should have 30-50 services listed: > Drain cleaning, sewer line repair, sewer line replacement, water heater installation, water heater repair, tankless water heater installation, tankless water heater repair, sump pump installation, sump pump replacement, gas line repair, garbage disposal installation, leak detection, slab leak repair, repipe services, water softener installation, etc. An HVAC company should have 25-40: > AC repair, AC installation, AC maintenance, ductless mini split installation, heat pump installation, heat pump repair, furnace repair, furnace installation, ductwork installation, ductwork cleaning, indoor air quality services, thermostat installation, commercial HVAC, emergency HVAC, etc. A landscaper should have 20-30: > Lawn care, lawn mowing, lawn fertilization, landscape design, landscape installation, hardscape installation, retaining walls, paver patios, outdoor lighting, irrigation installation, irrigation repair, snow removal, leaf cleanup, mulch installation, etc. This isn't keyword stuffing. These are services you actually perform. You're just making them visible to Google so they can match you to the right searches. 20 minutes of work, one afternoon, free.

🚧 A Slab Leak Doesn’t Always Mean You Need a Repipe 🚧 Yesterday, a homeowner called us for a second opinion after being told they needed to completely repipe their home because of a slab leak. We’re firm believers that copper is still king when it comes to water piping. And if you’ve only had one slab leak, that doesn’t automatically mean your whole system has failed. Sometimes, a slab leak is caused by something as simple as abrasion. A tiny rock beneath the slab rubbing against a copper pipe for years can eventually wear a pinhole through the pipe. In cases like that, we usually recommend repairing the leak first. If a second leak develops later in a different location, then it may be time to discuss a repipe. Ethean and Ian located and repaired this leak in under 3 hours, saving the homeowner over $10,000 compared to a full repipe. One important note: Copper repairs beneath a concrete slab must be done using the brazing method. Soldered joints and mechanical fittings are not approved repair methods under a slab. Good plumbing isn’t about selling the biggest job. It’s about giving honest recommendations and fixing the problem the right way. #pensacola #plumber

How to get a service page ranking in 60 days without an agency: Pick one service that pays you 5k or more per job. Heat pump installation. Whole house repipe. Panel upgrade. Something with margin. Build a page. yourcompany. com/heat-pump-installation-mesa Write 600 to 800 words of actual content. What is a heat pump. Why a homeowner in Mesa would want one. What the install process looks like. What it costs. What rebates are available right now. What brands you install. Real answers to real questions homeowners type at 11pm. Include 3 real photos. Not stock. Not AI. Real before and after shots from real installs in real Mesa houses. Caption them. Name the file heat-pump-install-mesa-az.jpg. Add a phone number above the fold with a tap-to-call button. Add a form for after-hours leads. Link to that page from the city page. Link from your blog if you have one. Link from your about page. Link from your other city pages. Skip the contact page. Internal links from a contact page pass almost no SEO weight because everyone has a contact page link in their footer. Save your authority for pages that actually convert. Submit the URL to Google Search Console. Tell Google the page exists. Do not wait for it to find you Now wait 60 days. Open Search Console. Sort by impressions. You will see the page start showing up for searches you never targeted. Build the next page next month. Then the next one. Then the next one. 12 service pages in 12 months and your organic traffic doubles without spending a dollar on ads
