Trainees from 764 RNAESS proving life in the @RoyalNavy Fleet Air Arm is about more than engineering. From kayaking to winter mountaineering, they've been building resilience, teamwork and the Royal Navy ethos.

ALT Two Phase 2 trainees travelled to the West Highlands of Scotland for Ex WINTER ASCENT, a demanding winter mountaineering exercise in cold, arduous conditions. Supported by expert Royal Navy instructors, they developed judgement, safety skills and mental resilience, demonstrating exactly why adaptability and determination are at the heart of naval service.
ALT Trainees visit HM Naval Base Devonport, HMS Drake, where PT staff delivered an action-packed day of kayaking and teamwork, challenging them physically and mentally while strengthening communication skills.

RNAESS took the push-up crown with 5,641 reps, whilst moustache growers raised Β£265.15 for @MovemberUK.
