Take care of your quads ,hips, and calves. Knees and ankles tend to be issues either up or down the kenetic chain. Id recommend a series of sports massages once a week. Plus something like romwod with long static stretch holds to help open things up best done at the end of the day before bed. Id also recommend doing single sided movments on both legs to help with imbalances something like bulgarian split squats.
