Look at the map below, it’s impossible to reach the most affected. As the government strives to create safe passage, the UN & international orgs should localise aid delivery. It’s efficient & cost-effective. #ReshapeAid

Donors: We can only fund a fraction of that.
From that small fraction they buy food, pay for SECURITY, STAFF & TRANSPORT etc. What innovative solutions do we have other than cash transfer programming?
