Yes! It even had a built-in RSS reader capability. Tiger Safari 2 was even called Safari RSS. All was removed in Mountain Lion Safari 6. I think I switched to Vienna app at that point. These days I use ReadKit. anandtech.com/show/1671/9

I use FreshRSS to manage my subs. Allows cool stuff like filtering, expansion of truncated feeds, etc. Then ReadKit/Reeder to view. Only need to be online to refresh.

I recently started using @ReadKit as my RSS reader after hearing @jsnell enthusiastically share this app on @_upgradefm. The UI is clean, attractive and intuitive, and the Smart Folders are very convenient. 👍👍

#AskingAutistics what are other online-heavy readers using to keep up? Between a jillion social media accounts I want to follow, substacks, medium, news sites, etc., bookmarks ain't cutting it. I'm on a Mac but would VM if worth it.

I personally love @NetNewsWire. If only NNW had audio a la Matter.
I checked out @ReadKit -- looks really slick. I'd probably use it if it supported iCloud. No need to pay for a storage service.

If you've been rediscovering the pleasure of RSS lately, check out the new version of @ReadKit. The new Smart Folders with advanced filters are great, plus keyboard navigation on iPad, UI tweaks, and more. I'm liking this update a lot.

I've kept my RSS feed going this whole time. I use ReadKit on my Mac. But also — Substack actually has really good app and reader experience on its own website... Here's how it looks for me:

Wallabag 做私人雲端文件倉儲很棒，但沒有桌面應用，我就用有支援的 ReadKit，免費版使用限制只能加一個資訊來源，但因為 Wallabag 自己去吃 RSS feed、定時更新，讀文章沒問題。
但⋯⋯ReadKit 讀文無法畫線註記，殘一半。
