I just realized that I think of of you as a putter guy now. I forgot about the newsletter.

Love your writing, but the big question is: did the sister’s end up with good guys?

Cool but bittersweet news. I am no longer writing @readperfectputt. But the show still goes on for the newsletter. Last fall, I found a group to carry the torch forward. Great group of people - they will do a better job with it than I did. In August of 2021, I dusted off this account and started tweeting about the business of golf. To pretty much no one. Had a few dozen followers. I wrote that newsletter for months to hardly anyone. It took three months to get 100 subscribers. I was able to grow that newsletter to over 11,000 subscribers. No "growth hacks" no "marketing gimmicks". Just showed up every single week to post a piece and tried finding unique angles in golf that not many people were talking about. It was an awesome experience. Met so many cool people along the way. It was the gateway drug for me to start @HannaGolfCo. Grateful for a lot of you who followed and subscribed to the newsletter. It means a lot to me. To the moon.

Proud to have one in the bag and beyond excited to watch you progress and succeed, my man. Truly an inspiration.

I wanted to start something in golf. I had written @readperfectputt for a few years. I loved the golf space. I also wanted to make something. Manufacturing is in my blood. My grandad did it, and so did my dad. You can't make a lot in the golf space - but you can make putters.
