As an #educator, a great frustration is the #student who believes #ProblemSolving is only possible through replicating what they've been taught. I find it sad, as they hesitantly take their 1st steps in adapting all they know, they've not learnt this much earlier! #ReflectionFTD

There's a cost to focusing on "objectivity"/"justice" that goes beyond needing to avoid "an eye for an eye, & a tooth for a tooth". As we dehumanise our processes by multiplying policies for dealing with human relations, we risk failing one another @VetHumanitiesUK #ReflectionFTD
