Using the #ReflectiveReading strategy ‘Blankety Blank’ to explore an instructional text on testing dissolvability. We were able to use our metalinguistics skills to find the accurate missing words and other appropriate synonyms. Tomorrow we will create our own! ✍️ 📝

On Friday, we listened to the story ‘Room on the Broom’ by Julia Donaldson. 🧙♀️🧹 We discussed the sequence of the story before completing a jigsaw jumble. We worked amazingly with our partner to order the key events before reading and checking it made sense. #ReflectiveReading
