JUDICIAL COUP UPDATE: In a major setback to the Left's abuse of the courts to undermine constitutional government, the US Supreme Court ruled (5-4) today that Chief Judge Boasberg simply had no jurisdiction over the Alien Enemies case in which he ran roughshod over the constitutional powers of President @RealDonaldTrump. (Justice Amy Coney Barrett joined the leftists' dissent in key measure.) In a separate matter, Chief Justice Robert put on hold an extremist lower court ruling ordering Trump to to effect the return of MS-13 foreign terrorist from El Salvador by midnight tonight.
