This is on point. I hear single young men drifting around ruminating about “what do women want?” Women want you to be a man. (Follow up: a woman cannot teach you how to be a man. You have to figure that out on your own, and then do it where she can see it)

Jess Machado says Turtleboy should've spent the last 7 months reviewing videos for his case instead of ruminating about his exgf since he's the one facing 90 years & all that jazz. Full throttle tilt.

🙏🕊🙏 Faith leads to optimism. God, Country, Constitution, One Nation under God. The progressives ruminating, constantly leads to their hate and violence in America. We know better 🇺🇸🤠🇺🇸, Love it or Leave it.

I have a hard time watching him because I'm constantly ruminating about the possibility of his retirement (which will never happen).
The debate over whether Messi is the best of all time misses the point. He is a singular genius. Like Mozart. Da Vinci. Einstein. He has remade soccer. We will not see his like again.

we've experienced it for minimum years now and i think all of the time we spend ruminating has made it possible to determine when something is 'wrong'. whether we can actually exert any effort on anything to alter it is usually a different matter, though

You know who to reach out to if you need assistance…always tackle a song from emotion…any emotion…it drives you forward to your end goal and invests you more to the project. Write your ideas down…I have a special book on my nightstand to jot down ideas…sometimes in the middle of the night too. I’m a sucker for a melody…I hum ideas all the time…some come internally with thoughts I’ve been ruminating on for days, months or even years (that song Wine, Roses and Hearts in my Suno has been rattling around for decades). The song one More Cast was an emotional connection to my cousin….really my brother, who lost his son when he was only 17…I loved him…literally that song popped out of my head at 2am…it was the first song I wrote on Suno…woke up from a sound sleep…had a picture on my iPhone photo app flash his pic…was inspired to immediately try to make a song about it…I was going to wait for Father’s Day, but couldn’t wait. I sent the finished song via text to my cousin out of the blue and said, this is for you my brother. Didn’t hear back and got an audio text back a little later…he was obviously broken up and could barely get a word out…he basically said…I got to take the day off now you prick (that his man code word for I love you and thank you😊😆)! Later we talked and it was very healing and emotional to hear the song for both of us because it’s so profoundly personal…those words spoke every ounce that I knew were in his heart…he told me that was the best gift he’s ever received (he’s a real hard working hard ass type). 😱😭 Sorry for the rambling message…The third thing is when you find a melody you have feel it in your heart…take your phone or whatever you access Suno with and use the audio record function…you don’t need to have the whole concept or melody as a full song just a catchy hook…anything! Refine everything as you go…you probably will burn through 10 to 20 iterations to get what you want…be specific on your prompts…beat that algo into submission! 🥱💤Blessings to you dear…enjoy the freaking novel I wrote, OMG…🤭🤗🫣

The worst thing you can do as a trader is to delay stopping out of a bad trade. The 2nd worst thing is to keep ruminating on it after you’ve stopped out…. That’s exactly what we’re watching from the Israeli lobby, influencers, clowns, and the oil perma bulls. Move on bitches

This year is just only getting worse.. 💔 I keep on ruminating, overthinking and keep on being demotivated to draw, make music, or just doing almost anything. All I do is just doomscroll, yap and consume shit mindlessly... Fml...

You don’t know me, so you can’t claim I’m just being swayed by social media. I’m not — believe it or not. A few months ago, I said I would vote for PO even if I didn’t think he’d make a substantial change (and honestly, I don’t). I was ready to vote just to get Tinubu the fuck out of Aso Rock. But I have been ruminating on it — the latest interview is just the cherry on top — and that’s just not enough for me anymore. I want to have at least a semblance of belief in the person I'm voting for, their ideals, and their plans — no matter how thin that belief might be.

“Intellectual” has been diluted to people ruminating and circle jerking problems they don’t intend to solve. The most useful minds don’t just critique reality they build the alternatives. So if you truly feel like an outlier, stop waiting to be understood. Build your own reality
The Black intellectual man is the most misread person in his own community. Too Black for white spaces. Too articulate for street credibility. Too thoughtful for the masculine archetype. He exists in a gap that nobody built infrastructure for and navigates it mostly alone.

As I lay down, help me release fears and worries. Turn off ruminating thoughts about tomorrow and increase trust in Your wisdom. Bless my mind, muscles, and nervous system to align with Your peace. #FaithJourney #Peace

Jim Carrey on Awakening & the Illusion of Thought 🧠✨ In this powerful clip, Jim Carrey shares his sudden realisation: thoughts are illusory, and our identification with them is the root of most suffering. He describes stepping back and witnessing thoughts from a higher perspective, leading to profound freedom — feeling bigger than his body, problems, or ego… essentially one with everything. This mirrors core teachings in Buddhism and Vedanta: the mind creates suffering when we cling to it. Health & Longevity angle: Especially relevant for us — identifying with past trauma (ruminating) or future fears (anticipating) spikes the stress response, raising cortisol, blood pressure, and disrupting deep sleep. Observing thoughts without attachment calms the nervous system, lowers cortisol, and supports better recovery and vitality. For advanced meditators, this practice deepens into ego dissolution in profound states — pure presence and inner alchemy. Worth watching (under 2 min) and reflecting on. Simple daily practice: When a thought arises, ask “Who is aware of this?” and return to the witness. Game-changer for both enlightenment seekers and those optimising metabolic & cardiovascular health. What are your experiences with thought observation? 🙏

The inertia that you get from constantly ruminating about problems kills any possibility of a spirited effort at improvement. Have you never talked to anyone who’s depressed ?

sometimes I get self-conscious on how I can't remember the lyrics, even to songs I would call my favourite, but maybe that's just how my brain is no point in ruminating something I know is not gonna change anytime soon
