8/28 本日のオレンジセオリー RunRowの目標をクリアできなかったので久しぶりにおかわり。 1回目はフロアスタート、2回目はトレッドミルスタート。 2回目でなんとか目標の3往復クリア。 フロアはチェストフライがいい感じに効いた。#OTF #orangetheory

今週の🍊活動 月曜日のエンデュランス、火曜日のRunRow と今日のCrewRow 昨日今日は2人のHCクラスで身体シバいてきた RowerのWatt数で1/2が表記されていると、ワンワンツーのペースにあっている証拠らしい、知らなかった そしてタオル無くし探していたおかげでCP任命から逃れることができた←オイ
