District 4 Commissioner Ralph “Rafael” Rosado hosted a press conference to celebrate the City Commission’s approval of the Miami Loop Resolution and the launch of the S.A.V.E. Program.
The Miami Loop will create a 223-mile trail system connecting neighborhoods, parks, and waterfronts across the city, while the S.A.V.E. Program offered 50% off permits for storm-proofing and sustainability upgrades like impact windows, reinforced roofs, solar panels, and energy-efficient improvements.

Blazek & Hendrix got the opportunity to go to the @ATolliver44 Basketball School this week. Had a great time & improved! My nephew was there & @KenzieMelcher was one of the coaches; so of course I had to take a cousins picture! Thank you to the @SAVEProgram (after school club)
Another fun time at @ATolliver44 Basketball School for some @BeastYouthHoops players. Getting better every day! One of our very own got to try to rebound while Tolliver tried to box him out. Needless to say, he didn’t get the rebound! 😂😜 Thank you again, @SAVEProgram!
A big thank you to the @SAVEProgram for the opportunity for some @BeastYouthHoops players to attend the @ATolliver44 Basketball School this week. Great station work to improve their skills for the upcoming Beast season.
