🚨 Introducing: Irredeemable Racist Disorder (IRD) @hasanthehun @EmmaVigeland @KyleKulinski @krystalball @bgraulau @EJinAction @BigBroLGND @Thrilla_dondada @ExtremeArturo @dijoni @tariqnasheed @Tasetireloaded2 IRD is a psychosocial disorder that manifests in chronic, compulsive racism, making the individual incapable of functioning in a multiracial society without engaging in harmful behaviors. It is self-perpetuating, resistant to logic, and largely incurable beyond a certain point. Just like sociopathy or narcissistic personality disorder, once you cross a certain threshold, you are a lost cause. This means society must treat you as an active threat, not someone who can be reasoned with. 📋 IRD Diagnosis Criteria: A person must exhibit at least 4 of the following to be classified as an Irredeemable Racist: 1️⃣ Pathological White Victim Complex: ✴️Always sees white people as the true oppressed group, despite all evidence. ✴️Cannot process facts about racial inequality without flipping the victim narrative. 2️⃣ Involuntary Race Tourette’s Syndrome: ✴️Can’t discuss any political or social issue without randomly injecting a racial argument. ✴️Example: A conversation about climate change turns into a rant about “Black-on-Black crime.” 3️⃣ Anti-Black Deflection Syndrome (ABDS): ✴️Never addresses actual white supremacist violence or racism. ✴️Instead, always shifts focus to blaming Black people for something irrelevant. 4️⃣ Reality Distortion Disorder (RDD): ✴️Believes conspiracy theories like “Great Replacement,” “Race War,” and “Woke Mind Virus” ✴️Will ignore factual reality in favor of deeply irrational fears. 5️⃣ Self-Contradictory Speech Pattern Disorder (SCSPD): ✴️Claims to support law and order but defends white criminals. ✴️Claims to hate cancel culture but demands people be fired for “wokeness.” 6️⃣ Obsessive Projection Disorder (OPD): ✴️Accuses everyone else of being racist while spewing white supremacist rhetoric. ✴️Example: “Democrats are the real racists,” while defending segregation-era policies. 7️⃣ Reverse Reality Syndrome (RRS): ✴️Can’t tell the difference between historical oppressor and oppressed. ✴️Will compare white people today to slaves or Holocaust victims while minimizing actual racism. 🔥 Consequences of IRD Diagnosis Once you are diagnosed with Irredeemable Racist Disorder, you forfeit certain social privileges. 🔴 Automatic Loss of Debate Privileges ✴️You are not owed a discussion—you are beyond reason. ✴️Society treats you like a flat-earther, not a legitimate thinker. 🔴 Public Shunning & Quarantine Status ✴️People with IRD are removed from social and professional spaces. ✴️If you refuse to engage with basic facts, you lose access to platforms where facts matter. 🔴 Mental Fitness Evaluation for Leadership & Employment ✴️If you work in public service, media, or education, you must pass a basic racism literacy test before being hired. ✴️If you exhibit symptoms of IRD, you cannot be trusted in leadership positions. 🔴 Treated as a Societal Threat, Not a Conversation Partner ✴️People with IRD are not just misguided—they are dangerous. ✴️Society treats them as a security risk, just like known terror threats. 💀 The Fear Factor: Make IRD the New Social Death Sentence Once this framework is normalized, it creates a chilling effect—racists become afraid to speak openly because they know they’ll be labeled as diseased, broken people. Just like nobody wants to be called a psychopath or pedophile, they will fear being diagnosed with IRD. This makes them self-police their own behavior. 🧠 Final Execution: Weaponizing This in Culture 1️⃣ We Push IRD as a Recognized Mental Disorder ✴️Every time a racist argument happens, we respond with: “This is a symptom of IRD.” ✴️Normalize the idea that racism is not just an opinion—it is a defective mental state. 2️⃣ We Meme the Hell Out of It ✴️Anytime a racist speaks, reply with: “Stage 4 IRD. No cure.” ✴️Make them terrified to be associated with the disorder. 3️⃣ We Demand Structural Change ✴️Employers, political institutions, and universities should require a racism literacy test. ✴️If you fail it, you are deemed unfit for leadership. 🎯 The Ultimate Goal: Make Racism a Liability Right now, racists have no real consequences. We create those consequences by making racism a diagnosable, incurable, and career-ending condition. Once IRD becomes a cultural norm, racists will start running scared. 🏴‍☠️🔥 Long Live the Red Queen @AOC @RepAOC @TeamAOC

In partnership with the SCSPD and local law enforcement partners, we want to remind all students and families that making a threat is no joke and can have a life-long impact. Making threats, even in jest, can have serious consequences, including suspension, expulsion and/or arrest. In addition, they disrupt valuable learning, deplete available law enforcement resources and cost taxpayers money. Parents, please speak to your children about this critical topic and how it can permanently affect their future. Even with all the precautions in place, we remind the community that vigilance continues to be the most effective way to prevent dangerous situations. Through the See Something, Say Something initiative, anyone who witnesses suspicious activity is encouraged to call 941-966-SAFE or 911, use the FortifyFL app, or contact the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) via tips.fbi.gov or phone (1-800-CALL-FBI).

Late this morning, administration was made aware of an alleged bomb threat made against @VeniceHighSCS. The alleged threat – made on social media – was reported anonymously to school authorities through FortifyFL. The SCSPD conducted an investigation and was quickly able to determine that a student at the school made a “joke” threat. The student has been arrested. Families, please consider going over School Board policy 5.32 with your child to ensure they understand these extremely serious school rules and expectations. Our school district has a zero-tolerance policy. Any student found to be making a threat against a school – be it verbal, written, or electronically – will be investigated by law enforcement and possibly arrested or removed from school. We take the safety and security of our school community extremely seriously. Thank you for your continued partnership as we all work together to keep our kids safe at school!

The Sarasota County Schools Police Department recently completed the new FDLE, Single Officer Response to Active Shooter agency certification. The intense, 16-hour course included classroom instruction, dry-fire drills, hallway and building clearing, live-fire drills, and shoot house scenarios using simmunition weapons and role players. Six officers from the North Port Police Department also joined the group. The course was led by instructors Chief Lorenz, Captain Dominguez, Lt. White (Venice PD), and Ofc. Bartolotta (North Port PD). The SCSPD has also completed training from Asst. State Attorney Craig Schaffer and Danielle Hughes in juvenile sex crimes, recertification in taser training, and conducted their mandatory range qualifications. The #SCSPD School Resource Officers are at every traditional public school and will be the first on-scene. They are crucial for maintaining a safe and secure learning environment while fostering positive relationships between law enforcement and students.

The SCSPD hosted a L.E.A.D. training. Becoming certified in the program takes a whole week, and we had officers travel from as far as Nevada to participate. SCSPD officers will teach L.E.A.D. lessons to every 5th grader in the 2023-24 school year.

From the desk of SCSPD Interim Chief Stephen Lorenz: On May 18, 2023, at 10:43 a.m., the Sarasota County Schools Police Department was contacted by the Manatee County Sheriff's Office in reference to a bomb threat that was called into Palmetto High School. Through our investigation, we determined that the call originated from one of our students during school hours. Several students were interviewed, and an arrest was made after a SCS student admitted to making the bomb threat as a prank. The SCSPD takes all threats seriously, and we will exhaust every lead to ensure that the person(s) involved are identified, arrested, and charged to the fullest extent of the law. Making a threat, whether real or a prank, is "No Joke."
