5/ moving onto the 2019 #smbsoftware dealflow: there were 763 #vc deals, 20 PE Growth and Buyout/LBO deals, 45 M&A deals, and 11 IPOs representing ~$62B in deal proceeds to SMB software companies. This is just in North America.
