$LODE that said they need to be mindful. They burn about $24mm a year. Throw in a metals extraction pilot, another $10mm for SSOF and equipment for 2nd site there isnโt much left absent SSOF sale.

$LODE bought more at $3.80. Insiders bought a second round higher. I will add more on dips but being patient. I use to think the solar play gave one a free option on Bioleum. Now I think SSOF gives one a free option on solar recyclying as well as Bioleum

$LODE is at an interesting point
Their history has been plauged by:
1) Excessive dilution no cash
2) C Suite without any shares.
They are now cash rich, staring at a gigantic windfall (SSOF) and insiders are buying massive amounts of stock w/ comp aligned to preformance.

My point is, if they monetise SSOF for a large amount. That is the biggest possible short-term catalyst for the stock price. Metals de-risking is a gradual process: they need to prove the economics, secure more supply, and demonstrate that they can get to 90% utilization, etc.

Metals is the most important business for the long term, because the proceeds from SSOF and mine monetisations are going to be invested in metals, so it needs to deliver. But short-term SSOF could be more important

SSOF and mine sales are interesting but I am here for solar panel recycling. Lets say asset sales are hypothetically $6 per share. That's interesting but I don't get bulled up about buying $6 for $4. $1 EPS per plant with a fair market multiple is bullish.

$LODE I donโt think they need to dilute again, EVER. They will get $50M from mining soon, and then the SSOF sale. Just a single plant earning $50M/y at a 20x is worth $1B - I think the stock doubles or triples within a year. [3/3]

$LODE the metals facility being completed and starting to work continuously. Eventually (my guess is within a year but could be sooner) we should sell SSOF and receive $200M (maybe more). If they manage it correctly (with the new board members I have much more confidence) [2/3]
