The valedictory ceremony of the Graduate Engineers Training (GET) Induction Program – Second Batch, conducted for Reliance Industries Limited at Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skills Park (SSR-GSP), Bhopal, marked the successful completion of a one-month, industry-focused training initiative for young engineers. This batch underwent specialised hands-on training in Electrical installation,Power Distribution, Variable Frequency Drives, Motor Control, Instrumentation,Mechatronics, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), designed to strengthen their operational, analytical, and automation capabilities for modern industrial environments. The program covered Electrical installation, testing and commissioning, industrial automation practices, system integration, electrical safety protocols and troubleshooting techniques—equipping participants with practical, industry-ready skills. The first phase of the Graduate Engineers Training (GET) Induction Program, conducted for Reliance Industries Limited at Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skills Park (SSR-GSP), Bhopal, concluded successfully after a three-week intensive and industry-oriented learning journey. A total of 92 young engineers from leading technical institutions such as IITs and NITs participated in the program. Trainees represented eight states across India, including 19 female engineers. The program emphasized hands-on learning across Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation domains. Participants underwent structured modules covering machine maintenance, advanced mechanical, advanced electrcal, industrial safety, digital monitoring systems, and process optimization, —building strong practical competencies aligned with modern industrial standards. Our Honourable Minister, Dr. Gautam Tetwal (Independent Charge), Skill Development & Employment, Madhya Pradesh Government, inspired the trainees with his motivating address, encouraging them to pursue excellence with confidence and dedication. Dr. Girish Sharma, CEO, SSR-GSP, engaged in an interactive session with the trainees, praising their enthusiasm and discipline. He shared insightful perspectives on professional growth, emphasizing that true development is a continuous cycle of learning, unlearning, and relearning—a principle essential for staying relevant in an evolving technological landscape. From Reliance Industries Limited, Mr. Amit Bhatt, AVP, Managing HRBP, and Mr. Shiva Kanapuram, GM, L&D, were present to support and motivate the trainees. Mr. Niraj Sahay, Director – External Relations, along with SSR-GSP’s esteemed course heads, also graced the occasion and extended their encouragement to the participants. Certificates were awarded to all participants during the valedictory ceremony, marking the successful completion of the training program.
