#ST3interview top tip for the #listplanning station: Talk while you think - many candidates in our mock sat and looked at the list in silence for a few minutes before speaking. You can't get marks for silence so say what you are thinking as you look through the list.

It’s never too early to start your #ST3interview prep: Review your portfolio - what are you missing? You still have enough time to do an extra audit, run some more teaching sessions, present a paper at a conference or gain a leadership role within your department.

Remember when using a dynamic compression plate in your #technicalskills station in your #orthopaedicsurgery #ST3interview that the compression hole is drilled eccentrically AWAY from the fracture in order to compress the fracture when tightened
