The system started generous. It is less generous now.
Since May1 (thru Dec26), the rate is 6.8 STCs per kWh and as systems go larger, the factor gets smaller. At 41.93kWh I calc 167 STCs for the BESS which at x $40/STC is $6680. The calc below appears very old, or wrong.
Anecdotal evidence suggests that those cashing in on the pre-taper Cheaper Home Battery systems could get MORE THAN HALF the cost of giant 40kWh systems covered by subsidies.
The solar panels are high-end, and the battery mid-range.
