One year into being an STR host on Airbnb and I can safely say that we smashed it this past twelve months. Super proud of my family for figuring out this crazy STR world and for achieving our goal of being a 5 ⭐️ Super Host in Year 1.
The downside (or upside) is that this property was never meant to be a long term Airbnb. So, my wife and I will be moving into the home in the next few months (thanks mom).
The hunt for the next property begins now 🏔️ 🏠 👀
