Completely agreed, utDNA & other urinary biomarkers will likely be able to provide a strong go/no signal for further development but we will need RCTs to determine the relative risk/benefit trade-offs among treatments for oncologic outcomes, tolerability, and PROs So glad you are pushing forward with this in @SWOG , it will be a major step and landmark study for sure. Looking forward to enrolling patients on it @UrologyMSK

Day to day has been actually normal. I have no nausea don’t take the prescribed steroids the two days after infusion. Energy is same . I’m now just starting to see my hair thin and eye brows almost gone. My only issue is the appetite for everything causing my glucose levels to 🚀

I’m on cycle 7 of 12 so far everything is going well 1st PET showed promising results
