I think that the best complete SWOW is by Livia Rev on Hyperion. However, nothing comes close to the miraculous excerpts by Ignaz Friedman that were recorded during the 78 rpm era!!

TBH Barenboim’s SWOW is one of my favourite albums of piano music. It’s just so nice. Really the only way I can describe it.

Strangely, that was long one of the few recordings available. Barenboim's SWOW are also terrific; one of his best albums; certainly among his more mainstream approaches. (Among which I'd not include his Bach, though I like it.)
